Mam, my son told that he fel down at school and his leg is hurting, we gave him ibugesic syrup

A. No Ma’am the medicine you’re talking about also works like paracetamol reduces down the fever but it’s only given in cases when the fever is very high right now you should give a regular paracetamol otherwise you can give Dolo 650 you can give combiflame drops to your child but don’t give the medicine that you are mentioning please
