my lo has 101 fever dr.perscribed ibugesic syrup after giving this syrup her temperature is down but her body is still in heat why so

A. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and she had a fever upto 101 degrees and ibugesic plus syrup has worked and her body is warm so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation
