mam my kid is 3month old and I am not getting enough milk to feed can u please suggest some milk boosting powder so that I can get more milk to feed my kid. thank you

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera and saunf in your diet. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
