You Didn’t mention the kind of delivery you had if you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with any kind of workout and if you continue to breastfeed your child then you do not do dieting just go for workout and if you had a C-section then you cannot start working out before time of nine months because the internal stitches take a lot of time to be
