Mam mra baby 3 month20 days ka tha wo abort ho gya phir mna abortion krabya . Ab 4 month ho gya ha aur bleeding phela 2 month rahe aur ab 3 days shod kr spotting hoti ha aur gand nikalta ha . Plz Doctor suggest me kya kru

You need to consult your doctor asap and get yourself evaluated further.
Looks like you might be having infection and that’s why there’s foul smell associated with the bleeding
