Hello doctor, last 3 months se mai conceive karne ki koshish kar rahi hu lekin periods ho jate hai or is month toh periods miss bhi ho gaye but aaj mujhe periods start ho gaye or fir se hum conceive nahi kar paye humari 3 saal ki beti hai or hum second pregnancy plan kar rahe hai but conceive kyu nahi ho pata hai mujhe samajh nahi aa raha jabki meri menstruation cycle bhi normal hai 28 days ki please if you can help suggest something ?
