mam meri baby ko 20 month chal raha he abhi 3 din se pehle uska jo bhi khaya sab ulti kar dia to main usko ondem syrup dia tha aja uska fever hua to use paracitamal 5 ml dia tha baby active he uska waight 8 kl he korona ke karan hospital leke nehi geya kya karu plz ans dinjiye

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down . first you give syrup vomikind 5ml
