varies in all.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
in case of heavy bleeding consult your gynaecologist

Around A week mostly not more than that see if you got it done with your C-section delivery then it would be a different story but if you have got this operation done later then it can be more 7 to 10 days but it would be advisable if you’re having on it for a longer time then you should immediately be consulting your gynaecologist
