mam is sumo gel is safe ...I am 5month pregnant I used sumo gel for back muscles pain ...is any problem to my baby ...

Well it's safe
But if you find this problem reoccurring please consult your gynacologist
Take sunbath daily
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take nutritious diet
