Q.

Mam I used to breastfeed my child, she is 7 months old. But now as I am working she stays with her grany and dont eat the home food. what should I give her to eat ?

A. You can start with rice dal water , followed by Porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits of all kinds you can go for Paneer cheese curd Suji Halwa Upma and you can give all these things to the child coconut water and water as well
