mam I m a mother of 5 months old baby , if I m not taking proper diet and calcium ,can I have breathing problem or Tachypnea may be a bit breathless bcz of this

A. hi parent the deficiency of vitamin D3 and in turn the calcium deficiency , might cause so many health issues take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky take supplements as well as suggested by your doctor
