Q.

mam i am 38 weeks 1 day pregnant. but still i have no labour pain or any symptoms of it. on 19 march my 9th month will be over. even i am active in household chores. what should i do for normal labour pain?

A. please try to visit your gynaecologist on expected date of delivery or one or two day before... for induction.. you should never be delayed in any case. you should always talk to your doctor

A. Hello good evening !! No need to worry still there is 2 weeks time and labour pains may happen after 2 weeks days too that is in 40+ weeks. There will be medication for inducing labour pains. Have balanced diet , adequate water and walk daily, walking daily helps in inducing labour naturally. Whenever you feel mild contractions with short intervals like pain in stomach,back or any spotting (brown or red) rush to hospital.

A. It’s an natural process . wait for it if u do not have any complications . Even I had my labour pains 4 days before my due date but unfortunately after bearing 24 hrs labour pain doctors had to do c section.
