Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Have a proper balanced diet. Include more of dry fruits dairy products protein in your diet. Avoid stress. Do some yoga under a professional yoga instructor. Try this oil and see if this works for you Take 500 ml coconut oil add 8amla 2 lemons 7 to 8 small onions some peppercorns lot of curry leaves 1tbsp methi seeds 1 tsp onion seeds 1 stick fresh aloe Vera and boil together till the time the oil stop spluttering add a teaspoon of castor oil and almond oil strain and apply thrice a week steam and bathe and see the difference
