A. Hello mom In such case you should definitely start doing. You are a learning. Yoga is very fat in losing pregnancy weight. Rather than this you should cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan. It will help in reducing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes.
