A. After pregnancy weight reduce karne ke liye diet mein fiber and protein foods include karein and khud ko well hydrated rakhein. Skin toning exercises karein like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Morning mein warm jeera water drink karein daily.
