Mam, before conceiving I was 38 kg and during my pregnancy journey I gained upto 14 kgs tht is I went upto 52kgs. and after giving birth,within 7months my weight went down and I am back to 38kgs. I feel so embarrassed with my skinny look. tried ayurveda,siddha, unani,homeopathy but nothing works. when asked doctor, they said you will get diabetes when you try to put on weight. mam pls help me I feel very ashamed as I don't look like a mother of baby . #AskTheExpert

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day have Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily eat protein rich diet.have some extra calories

A. consult ur gynae if everything is ok.. then weight is not a big issue

A. Hi mommy mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
