mam 9 month post delivery .no period come ,hair fall more quantity and weight gain fastly .my boby colour is changing black colour . plz suggest now

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mum yeah you need to reduce the stress levels postpartum this oral common for every mum because of the new changes in your body and as well as the sleeping pattern changes because a few baby so take the healthy diet apply hair packs on your hair take vitamin supplements all those will help for your baby colour that might be due to the dryness of skin because of the winter but otherwise regularly massage with oil that will help
