ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom normal hoga ya c- section yeah aapke over all condition and baby positions etc par depend karta hai .. over all aapka balanced diet and regular walking or yoga and breathing exercises are important and good amount of liquids as well
