mam 31st night we went to our sister house, she got ramsay hunt syndrome month ago, she is almost cured but black spot on her mouth beside, she kissed my son, iam worried it will spread??

If you’re still concerned, it is advisable to check with your doctor once and clarify all your concerns. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice.
