Mam if your child is coughing twice or thrice in a day that is not a sign for cold hundred percent or cough so if you see that the coughing is continuous or the coldest their life blocking or running continuously then you say that the child is suffering and then you give a medicine otherwise without a checkup on assurance you should never give medication to the child
