Diet during loose motion should be very simple diet you can give rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk puffed rice poha upma daliya lime water rice water dal water idli dosa. you can give only three fruits that is apple banana and pomegranate. avoid any other sugars because that can cause both vomiting and diarrhoea. you cannot give milk and dairy products except curd and buttermilk. do not give biscuits maida ice cream chocolate chips cake packet foods oily spicy tea coffee soda.
