Maine kal meri baby ko 6 week ka vaccine lagaya usko bahut fever aaya kuch time baad maine paracetamol syrup diya usko firr thik hua or raat ko wapas fever aaya wapas maine usko diya syrup abhi morning main wapas usko fever hai kya karu main ye normal hai kya meri baby kab tak thik ho jaegi bahut roti h wo uske ek leg main swelling aa gae hai

A. Thermophob you can apply after doing ice cube onto the area where the swelling has been given to it every time after vaccination you can go to 3 to 4 times in the day and fever is bound to come if you’re giving a regular vaccination where you have to repeat paracetamol every six hours if it is needed it usually subside within 24 to 48 hours
