maine gajar ko Pani de k boil kiya pr jda Pani hogya isly Pani phek diya phir grind krk bache ko khilaya..kya Pani phek Dene s uski nutritional value zero ho gyi

A. hi, You can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in. steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree. Also, use the water the food is cooked in if necessary during pureeing. This is important because a lot of vitamins and nutrients seep out into the water while cooking.
