maine breastfeeding karwana stop kar Diya is ki wajah se mere brest tight aur pain hona start ho gya h is main se ek brest me milk supply zyada hone se tight aur zyada pain h so me kya karu kuch problem to nhi hogi na pls ans me

A. hello mom ji haan yeah usse k wajah se he ho raha hai, aap breast ko accha massgae de , aur warm compress etc isse joh milk hoga woh niklae ga na and aapko relief feel hona
