Maine 5months pehele mere 7 yrs bete ka front upper side ka teeth nikala tha avi taak nhi aaya new teeth why?? reason kya hogaa please tell

A. hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of this condition.
