main 30 yr ki hu meri left breast ki nipple me pain ho rahi hay kya karu. meri beti 1 month se feeding karna chod di hay wo ab 1yr 7 month ki hay

A. u can use breast pump for extracting extra milk out and u can give this milk to your baby at room temperature.This reduces your pain.

A. apply hot fomentation here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all g your doubts further in proper way and it would be helpful .
