Mai weight loss krne k liye bhut kuch try kr rhi hu....pr mera weight loss hota hi nhi... Mai bhut worried hu apne weight ko lekr.... please koi helpful tips share kro jisse mera weight loose ho jaaye.

A. dear mom dont worry at all keep small targets of 2 to 3 kgs in a month eat wisely avoid high calorie foods include good protiens in.diet

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fiber food nd proteins diet. and hve more fruits and salad in your daily lunch and dinner.. lso follow the regular exercise routine and also do yoga planks as it is the best way to loose belly fat.take care
