A. Hello For losing weight, you can 1. Include foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, Butter milk, lemon juice, curd. low fat paneer, skim milk, vegetables salads fruits nuts daily 2. Avoid sugary foods, fried foods bakery foods, biscuits, junk foods 3. Sleep well 4. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
