madam my child is 1 yr 2 months old. telling only few words like amma very occasionally.anything to worry

A. In this age some kids don’t even speak a single word your child is speaking something which is completely alright encourage your child to talk more the more you communicate better your child is going to pick up over the period so that is what you need to do
