my boy baby age 22 month he not responding to her name. is any problem. he telling few words dada thatha athey like. not telling Amma or appa. but he responds to few instruction like take your water, give to me .

A. Hello mom get him.examined ones by the doctor , is he giving eye contact or no ? you might take help from a behavioral therapist and speech therapist
