Maam.. mera ladka 5 yr 9 mnth ka hai . use subah ya shaam ko kia pilaye , motlob tiffin ya breakfast mein. kounsa powder pila shakte hai doodh wala , vitamin protin wala . pls

A. hi mom make nuts powder made up of cashew, almonds, dry dates and add in milk can add cardamon powder or cocoa powder for taste give fresh fruit milkshakes of banana, strawberry, chicoo , mangoes
