After the vaccine you can feed after few hours.
Donot worry.
Take paracetamol in case if there are signs of fever.
drink plenty of fluids & consume healthy diet rich in proteins, Vegetables, fruits, nuts

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. If you are breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed, you can continue breastfeeding as usual after vaccination. Clinical trials on the use of coronavirus vaccines while breastfeeding are not advanced. However, the available data do not indicate any harm to the breastfed infant
