A. Namaste Mom,
Make sure she is burped after every feed, also do massages especially around the navel area in circular motion with hing water as well.
you could probably also include hing in your meals, have jeera , ajwain or saunf water

A. It sounds like your 2-month-old baby is going through a difficult time with frequent stomach aches. Colic is common in babies, especially at this age, and can be due to gas or digestive discomfort. Since you're already giving Colicade syrup, here are a few additional tips to help ease her discomfort:
1. Burp After Feeding: Ensure your baby is burped after each feeding to help release any trapped gas. This can reduce discomfort.
2. Feeding Position: Try keeping your baby in an upright position while feeding, and for 20–30 minutes after feeding. This can help reduce the amount of air she swallows and prevent gas buildup.
3. Gentle Tummy Massage: Gently massaging your baby’s tummy in a clockwise direction can help relieve gas. You can also try bicycling her legs to encourage gas release.
4. Warm Compress: A warm compress or a warm towel on your baby's tummy can help ease the pain from gas.
5. Check for Overfeeding or Underfeeding: Make sure you are feeding your baby the right amount. Sometimes, too much or too little milk can cause discomfort.
6. Monitor Your Diet: Since you're avoiding hard foods and non-veg, consider eliminating other common gas-inducing foods like dairy, caffeine, or spicy foods, as they might be affecting your baby through your milk.
7. Frequent Feeding: Babies at this age tend to have smaller stomachs, so feeding more frequently in smaller amounts may help reduce gas buildup.
If your baby's crying continues despite these efforts, or if you notice any other concerning symptoms like vomiting, fever, or a change in bowel movements, it's best to consult your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
