A. Hi mom to reduce your tummy and weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet  .. do yoga aerobic zumba cycling etc

A. maam you will have to fo regular exercise. you must fo it consistently without missing. diet wise you must eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water. but exercising consistently is going yo help you.
