Q.

m not getting periods....... and pregnancy test done twice which is negative... last periods got in the month of July23...... ..... worried what it is.. please reply

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them. proper contraception to avoid any chances of pregnancy
