M baby is z4.5 month old started rolling he has fall down from bed. He cried I could not see injury outside. And after feeding he played and slept well should I still visit the doctor and get the MRI done

A. Sure as if now he seems fine sleeping just bit cringe

A. good evening if the baby shows any symptoms of internal injury in that case I would recommend that you should try to visit your talk to you should see if your baby has problem of vomiting or any other issue in the next 72 hours
