lHello Sir Mere 3 month ke baby ke head mai es tarah ki redness and sometimes converts to yellow se daane hogye hai kya kare aur ye kis reason se huye hai?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too.
Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair products sebborfrhoic dermatitis .
Proper care is required with medicated shampood maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration .
Consult a doctor for more severe condition .
