let me ask my question clearly I saw in one of the video, injection filled with saline water forcefully uses in both nostrils to clear mucus to clear nose block . I did the same using saline water by putting syringe in one nostril and then other and then my son slept properly my question is can I do it frequently as again and again nose getting blocked

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. you may do it woth due precautions. or best is to give indirect steam inhakation or using room humidifire to avoid nose block. u may also do ajwain potli sek.
