l am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant but got spotting step bleeding....from last three days....m in hospital....sonography result was good ....fetus heartbeat is 158

There could be a sub chorionic hemorrhage or it could also happen due to hormonal deficiency.
You doctor will tell you what the reason is and treat accordingly

It Apple sometimes women to have a little bit of bleeding but everything is good and then that’s a good sign that’s kind of a sign of relief but further understanding and only be provided by your gynaecologist probably going to keep you under observation to figure out as to why it is happening and how do they need to deal with
