RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can use boroline antiseptic cream for diaper ashes and apart from that you should not keep the diaper on 24 x 7 you have to give little diaper free time to child suffer with other infections and rashes and allergies as well
