Kya mai apne 9 months ke bete ko palang pr se gir gaya tha to uska head phool gaya to kyaai ise use kr sakta hu

also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complicatiodns related to injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you can apdply warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately
