mene night me baby ko 1:30 pe feed kara ke pump kiya tha to bhi morning 5:00 pe hard ho gaya breast pura half side, and ab wo subah se sahi nai hua, kab tak sahi hoga

it's because you have more milk supply...but feed your baby every hour...or express your milk with pump when ever you start feeling heavy breast

Try to feed your baby directly.. if your breasts are still full then pump and store the milk. Check the proper storage procedure.

me direct feed karati hu to wo so jata hai almost isliye me pump karke deti hu, lekin bar bar breast hard ho jata hai, ab kaise sahi karu aur kitne din me sahi hoga

hello dear this is normal when you have over milk supply so its always better to direct feed your baby if it is not possible then you can make use of  the nipple shield as well and also you should discard the extra milk to get relief
