Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. better to treat the infection at present with paracetamol ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

Maxtra for common cold and cough you can also give Calpol for fever I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor seems like your child is having a viral infection which is my all the three things are together they will give you a course of antibiotics if it is needed
