Kindly suggest any good calcium & multivitamin supplement for me. Right now I am taking Mother's Horlicks twice a day.

Shalcal hd and Orofor xt you can take both of them the first one is calcium the second one is Iron and I would also recommend you multivitamin as you are asking Zincovit take one time in the day and different different timings don’t take any of these supplements together
