jyada sweet khane se bachho ke pet m dard hota h kya? mene kal meri beti ko kaju katli or choclates diye the o raat me bhot roye kya ye sweet ki wjh se hua hoga?? pet dard me konsi davae deni chahiye!?? me cyclopam deti hu....

Hello ma’am Yes if you give too much of sweets then it is definitely not the right thing it can definitely cause stomach pain to the child and whatever medicine you are giving as of now you can continue giving the same but if the pain is more than usual then it would be better and advisable for you to consult your paediatrician on
