Q.
Its been 3 months i added black salt to my baby food And recently i get to know about not adding salt to baby food before 1 year So what should i do stop giving black salt?

Oh you can completely relax on that part different doctors have different theories to follow none of doctors say that you should not add salt my doctor said that you should add salt and spices so the food proper flavour the child would like to enjoy it that way and I did and I have faced a problem in feeding my child my daughter is used to eat everything from the day because it had proper flavour so please continue with it you can use black salt rock salt or even the regular resort
