it's been a year for my delivery, but my tummy is not going inside

It Doesn’t go inside or no it’s on you’ll have to start doing a workout and with proper workout and diet control only you can lose out on your weight so try to work upon that when you quit breastfeeding the child you can go ahead with any kind of dieting that you want to
