it's 18 days ....yet to heal my normal delivery stiches......how to heal faster?

A. Hello good morning !! It takes 4-5 weeks to heal from the stitches and 3-5 months for complete healing from inside . Have balanced diet - fresh fruits ,vegetables , cereals,nuts . Clean and maintain hygiene around the stitches area ,apply ointment to heal fast. Take rest avoid heavy works,weight lifts and pressure on the abdomen.
