It is normal for a baby to had a white patch on face

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs prhtoper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturfisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Deficiencies in calcium, vitamin D and vitamin E can cause white patches on the skin.
