it is 6 month after c section delivery then also my naval and my tummy did not go inside. i m worried pls ans me why.

A. It takes 6 months to heel….losing weight starts after 6 months…..

A. okay no problem gg Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits
